Welcome to this cosy country house for 6 guests on the outskirts of Sa Cabana, Marratxí, with private pool and good views.
Enjoy a refreshing bath in the chlorine private pool, of 5*4 m and of 1.5 to 1.8 m depth, while admiring the peaceful mountain and field views. Next to it, there is a beautiful artificial lawn area that is ideal to sunbathe on the 3 sun loungers.Then, enjoy a tasty outdoors barbecue and a good coffee under the porch. The privacy is absolute.

It is a two-storey house. On the main floor you will find a large and cheerful dining room where to organize pleasant evenings, the ceramic cooktop kitchen to which you access from the porch, and a bedroom with two twin beds as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a living room where to watch TV or chat all together, a bathroom with shower and two more dormitories, both of them with two singles beds. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The bedrooms have not any wardrobe. The house also provides our guests with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Sa Cabana is a quiet urbanization belonging to Marratxí, located near to the capital, Palma de Mallorca. This is situated at 3.5km of the finca, that is why the area is simply perfect for those who love both the city and the countryside. In Palma you can find all kinds of stores, leisure and a lot of both history and culture to know. The nearest beach is Ca’n Pere Antoni, at 10.4km.
