The private, 4 x 8 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 meters may be the main reason why you adore this property. After swimming, you may enjoy sunbathing on the loungers or read a good book under the shady parasol. The pool terrace comprise a barbecue area where you can prepare tasty meat and vegetables and a seating area, covered by a thatched roof. Kids will find lot of space to play and run around. The entrance porch is a nice spot for large summer dinners with friends and family. The property is fenced and there are next door neighbors.

Rooms are distributed over two floors and 200 m2, decorated in a simple but cozy way, including a good equipment. The porch gives access to a spacious living room with dining area where 8 people can enjoy dinner together. The ample, well equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, a dining table with 6 chairs and some kitchenware. The laundry is fitted with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. A second, smaller living room features a desk, A/C and sofas, where you can read and enjoy a quiet evening. Guests can choose between 4 nicely decorated bedrooms. There's one room with two single beds, A/C, fan and chest of drawers and one shower bath on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There's one with two single beds, a chest of drawers and access to a terrace. The other two bedrooms come with a double bed and A/C each and have access to a terrace. One double bedroom is fitted with a wardrobe while the second double room comes with a chest of drawers and a bath en-suite with bathtub and shower. Another independent bathroom with shower and bathtub can be found on the first floor. If you come with your baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair upon request.

Set in a quiet area in the village of Marratxí, this house is in the countryside but at the same time near shopping centers, restaurants and all services you may need during your stay. If you'd like to pass a day in Palma, you can go there by train as the station is only 7 km away. Palma is famous for its wide culture, leisure and gastronomic offer. If the beach is what you're looking for, you can go to Playa de Palma, a fine grained sand beach 15 km away. Playa de Palma is a very lively area with a good nightlife, especially in summer. If you go northwards, you can discover fine grained sand beaches and an amazing landscape.
