This charming villa in Majorcan style with a private pool in Porreres invites 6 guests
Outside, the views of the countryside invite you to relax and enjoy swimming in the 9x4m chlorine pool, which is 1.05 to 2.10m deep. It is surrounded by 8 sun loungers for sunbathing. There is a porch ideal for preparing a barbecue and dining with the family, as well as a terrace with a ping pong table. If you want to enjoy a holiday in total privacy you are in the right place. It is worth mentioning that this house has solar energy installed.
This fantastic two-storey villa will be ideal for your holiday. Relax in the living-dining room, located on the ground floor, which is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace while reading your favourite book or watching satellite TV with your loved ones. The kitchen has a gas hob and has all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. When it's time to sleep, there are three bright bedrooms with wardrobes. One bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms with two single beds on the first floor. A cot and high chair are provided for our youngest guests. All bedrooms have a fan for the summer and in the winter the house has oil central heating. The second bathroom also has a shower and is located on the upper floor.

12 guests reviewed this property. A brilliant property with excellent amenities and great pool. The hosts are very attentive and have thought of everything. That said, it was too hot at night (in August) for our children to sleep well (the air conditioning system does not cool the bedrooms).

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La maison est conforme aux photos, très propre, bien équipée : barbecue, buanderie ... La piscine est agréable. Nos 3 ados avaient leur propre salle de bains et chambres à l’étage. Pratique. Nous , nous étions au rez-de-chaussée. En plein juillet, nous étions au calme et isolés dans cette belle propriété entourée d’orangers, de citronniers et d’oliviers. Si vous aimez le calme et la nature, cette location est pour vous. Les propriétaires sont sérieux et attentionnés. De plus, la situation centrale de Porreres au milieu de l’île permet de visiter facilement les différentes côtes. Vous êtes à 30-45 minutes des lieux à visiter. Bref, belle découverte et parenthèse enchantée !

Die Finca liegt etwas abgelegen in der Nähe von Porreres. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Man ist also ganz für sich alleine. Sowohl das Haus als auch das Grundstück und der Pool werden sehr gut gepflegt. Die Finca ist außerdem bestens ausgestattet. Bei Fragen oder Problemen sind die Eigentümer sofort zur Stelle und bemühen sich zu helfen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!
See more This place is amazing if you're looking for a nice quite place to stay in Mallorca. I was here for a week with my family and we simply loved it! Everything is spotless clean. We had a hard time finding the villa a night so if you arrive when it's dark don't panic it's the green iron fence with the little black key box you're looking for ;) you can't see the house from he road..

Ausstattung Top, Lage auch sehr toll (alleinstehend), für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Das Auffinden des Objektes stellt aber einen vor großen Schwierigkeiten, da die Zufahrtswege nicht erkennbar und nicht asphaltiert, nicht beschildert sind; es handelt sich eher und sehr schlechte Feldwege. Ansonsten wirklich alles top. Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
