Enjoy a Majorcan summer in this amazing house! The exteriors comprise a private pool, a well-kept garden with eight sun loungers, a barbecue area and an exterior shower. The 5m x 3m chlorine pool has a depth ranging from 1.5m to 1.8m. The poolside porch has a big table where eight people can enjoy great al fresco dining. The 1800m2 sized plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Indoors, rooms are decorated in a very nice way, bright and with great attention to detail. Next to the living area, there's the Buddha-room where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea and relax body and soul. The living room itself has two sofas, a TV with satellite channels and A/C. The porch gives access to the dining area. If you fancy cooking, you'll find cooking utensils, a gas stove and another dining table in the kitchen. Furthermore, there's a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: the master bedroom comes with a double bed and the second room is fitted with a trundle bed, perfect for two children. A bath with bathtub and bidet is available on the ground floor.

On the first floor you'll find the third bedroom with two twin beds (no privacy) and a second room with double bed, access to a balcony, A/C, a cot and a bathroom en-suite with bathtub. There are three fans for the summer and central heating for the winter.

Son Gual is a small town, 13 km from the sand beach and Palma Aquarium and near Palma de Mallorca city. If you play golf, Son Gual golf course is 9 km from the house. If you like culture, shopping or gastronomy, Palma de Mallorca is the right place! Visit the picturesque old town and the La Seu Cathedral. Supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need are nearby, maybe 5-10 minutes driving by car.
