Fabulous chalet for 6 people with private pool in Marratxí, near Palma de Mallorca
In this wonderful house you will be able to enjoy the quietness you deserve without being far away from the capital and with all details to spend a memorable vacation. Outside you will find a beautiful 10 x 5 meters salt pool with a depth that goes from 1.10 to 2.10 meters. It is surrounded by a gardened area which includes sunbeds to sunbathe. There is also a terrace with a basket, ideal to make your own tournaments with your loved ones. Before getting into the house we find the fantastic furnished porch including a chill out area with sofas and armchairs to have a drink in the evening, and a dining table for 6 people to taste lunches and dinners outdoors. The 900 m2 property is fenced and privacy is total.

Inside we find a spacious house and well decorated house and all this makes it a very cosy house. It has 325 m2 and it is divided in two floors. On the ground floor we gent into the living-dining room from the terrace, and it is an ample and luminous place thanks to the great glass doors the communicate it with outdoors and the high ceiling. You can watch a film comfortably on one of the sofas or warm up by the fireplace on the coldest days. The beautiful dining table has capacity for 6 people. From the dining area we get into the kitchen, with a ceramic hob and fully equipped, and including a kitchen table for 4 people where you can have breakfast or cook in good company. The three bedroom are on the ground floor. One has a double bed, an the rest have two single beds. The three of them have one fan. The latest bedroom has a clothes rack instead of a closet. The house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is also a toilet with basin and WC at the entrance of the house. Upstairs you will find a relax area with a sofa where u¡you can read a book or disconnect. All the accommodation has central heating for the coldest days and it also counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

This amazing chalet is located very close to the city of Palma but still far away enough to feel comfortable, quiet ans relaxed. The house is within a residential area where peace and calm can be breathed. It is very well communicated with the rest of the island thanks to the highway, as well as by train and buses. In addition a couple of shopping malls are very near. Ideal for walks and rest. You can also visit the nearest beaches like Es Molinar at Ciutat, only 11 kms away.
