Wir sind mit 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 5 bis 12 Jahren verreist und durften 1 Woche in den Herbstferien in diesem schönen Häuschen verbringen.Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Ja, die Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Haus aber nicht seinen Charme genommen hat. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, die Küche war sehr gut bestückt und für den ersten Durst lagen sogar schon ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Lediglich der Grill, hat schon seine besten Jahre hinter sich, aber nutzbar ist auch dieser noch. Auf der Terasse konnte man es zu jeder Tageszeit gut aushalten und für Sonnnhungrige gibt es Sonne satt. Der Pool war Tip Top! Schön groß und sauber, die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß, sogar ein paar Wasserspielzeuge sind vorhanden. Auf dem Gelände sind noch 2 Pferde, die täglich von Raphael versorgt wurden, ebenso hat er einmal am Tag nach dem Pool geschaut und freundlicherweise täglich den Müll entsorgt, wenn man ihn raus gestellt hatte. Das alles hat er ganz unauffällig gemacht, man fühlte sich überhaupt nicht gestört.Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und man hat hier wirklich viel Ruhe und Entspannung, Kinder haben hier viel Platz zum spielen, ohne das man sich Sorgen machen muss.Mit dem Auto ist man in 4min in Llucmajor, wo man einen Bäcker findet und einen Supermarkt. Der Markt und die Innenstad sind auch zu empfehlen. Aldi und Lidl sind aber auch nur 15 min entfernt und nach Palma, sind es nur 25 min. Es gibt viele schöne Ecken ganz in der Nähe, ohne Massentourismus. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche und überlegen, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.Vielen Dank für die schöne unbeschwerte Zeit.

This amazing villa with private pool in Llucmajor is close to dreamlike beaches as well as the golf course and welcomes 8 guests.
The house features a private, 10 m x 5 m chloring pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m, where you can refresh yourself at any time. It is surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and an exterior shower; a nice place for sunbathing. The pool table you will be able to organize exciting family-tournaments. On the spacious, 100 m2 porch you can relax or make a tasty barbecue in the evening. At the same time, this cottage is the home of two horses. You can visit, but not ride them and they are in an enclosed area. The house owner lives nearby and daily drops by to feed the animals, so you won't have to care about anything.
The interiors are comfortable and an ample sitting-dining room invites you to watch satellite-TV or a DVD. A cup of tea by the fireplace is, especially in winter, a romantic experience. The colourful kitchen with gas hob has anything you may need to cook up a feast. The laundry is shared with the owner and there you'll find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This house offers two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. One double bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower and bath tub. All bedrooms are equipped with one fan each. A cot and a high chair are also available. In addition to the bathroom en-suite, there is a shower bathroom. This lovely house has central heating. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells. For this reason, moderate power consumption is requested.
Surrounded by the countryside but at the same time just a few kilometres away from the coast, this villa is located in Llucmajor. In the centre of the village you will find all amenities you may need for self-catering. If the beach is what you are searching for, it's up to you where to go first. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Cala Blava, a quiet sand beach with marvellous views to the bay of Palma. Southwards you can discover the dreamlike beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita with crystal clear waters and white sand. For those seeking sports, you can practise the perfect tee-off in the golf courses of Son Antem or Marriot, about three kilometres from the house.

Tolles Haus, das alles zu bieten hat, wie es im Angebot steht. Die Spielgeräten (Kicker, Billard, Tischtennis) funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Pool ist klasse; wir hatten einen Hitzewelle und das Wasser war immer schön warm. Trotz der Nähe des Hauses zu Arenal und zum Flughafen hört man von Beidem nichts; lediglich die vorbeiführende Straße erinnert einen gelegentlich daran, dass es dort scheinbar weitere Menschen geben muss. In Llucmajor gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist das Haus tolle Mittelklasse, kein Superluxus - aber für uns war es absolut top und wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin reisen.
Great house that has everything to offer as it is offered. The play equipment (table football, billiards, table tennis) works perfectly. The pool is great; We had a heat wave and the water was always nice and warm. Despite the house's proximity to Arenal and the airport, you don't hear anything about either; only the street that passes by occasionally reminds you that there must apparently be other people there. There are all kinds of shopping opportunities in Llucmajor. Overall, the house is great middle class, not super luxury - but for us it was absolutely great and we would travel there again at any time.
See more Eine schöne geräumige Finka mit viel Platz. Tolle Terrasse, Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen. Viel Platz zum Kochen und alles da was man braucht. Schöner großer Pool und immer sauber mit toller Beleuchtung. Für Spaß ist alles da. Die Betten knarren sehr laut und ein Bad kann nur durch ein Schlafzimmer betreten werden.
A beautiful, spacious finca with lots of space. Great terrace, plenty of seating and loungers. Lots of space for cooking and everything you need is there. Nice big pool and always clean with great lighting. Everything is there for fun. The beds creak very loudly and a bathroom can only be accessed through a bedroom.
See more Wir waren zu acht für 6 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Obwohl sie etwas abseits liegt, ist man schnell auf der Autobahn und in max. einer Stunde am anderen Ende der Insel. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings notwendig. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist das Highlight. Den Grill haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Einzig die Stechmücken, die durch die kaputten Fliegengitter reinkommen sind störend genau so wie die teils harten Matratzen. Besonders nett fanden wir die Snacks und Getränke, die uns zu Anfang von Homerti zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, dann allerdings mit Mückenspray im Gepäck! ?
Eight of us stayed in the accommodation for 6 days and felt completely comfortable. Although it is a bit out of the way, you can quickly get on the motorway and be at the other end of the island in a maximum of an hour. However, a rental car is necessary. Overall, the accommodation is very well maintained and clean. The outdoor area is the highlight. We also enjoyed using the grill. Only the mosquitoes that come in through the broken fly screens are annoying, as are the sometimes hard mattresses. We found the snacks and drinks that Homerti provided us at the beginning particularly nice. We would love to come back, but then with mosquito spray in our luggage! ?

Hinzu kommt der sehr freundliche Besitzer (Senor Rafael), der uns eingehend über sein Haus informierte und sogar noch einige Lebensmittel, sozusagen als Willkommensgeschenk, zur Verfügung stellte! Auch lief die Abwicklung mit Villafinca, wie von Ihnen versprochen, problemlos. Nochmal: Ein prima Aufenthalt für unsere ganze Familie!
Back from our week-long stay at Finca Na Poram, near Llucmajor, we would like to inform you that we felt very comfortable on this property. The house is very tastefully furnished, the outdoor area is spacious and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, there was the very friendly owner (Senor Rafael), who informed us in detail about his house and even provided some food as a welcome gift, so to speak! The transaction with Villafinca also went smoothly, as you promised. Again: a great stay for our whole family!
See more Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern dort. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Pool ist tatsächlich so groß und die Kinder konnten aufgrund der einsamen Lage den ganzen Tag laut tobend baden, Tischtennis oder Billard spielen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Palma und in 5 Minuten in Llucmajor, wo man das notwendige einkaufen kann es aber auch einige sehr nette Lokale gibt. Wer also eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Tagestouren sucht, auf der er mit lebhaften Kindern ungestört wohnen kann, ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Ein weiterer Handsender für das Tor wäre gut, die Energiesparlampen haben ein sehr kaltes Licht, etwas ungemütlich. Sonst war alles prima. “Mit Auto ist man schnell überall, hat am Haus aber Ruhe und die Kinder können am Pool richtig laut sein, ohne dass sich ein Nachbar beschwert.

The pool is actually that big and, due to its secluded location, the children were able to swim and play table tennis or billiards all day long. By car you can reach Palma in 20 minutes and Llucmajor in 5 minutes, where you can do all your shopping and there are also some very nice restaurants. So if you're looking for a good starting point for day trips where you can stay undisturbed with lively children, this is the right place for you. We felt very comfortable and the host was extremely helpful. Another handheld transmitter for the gate would be good, the energy-saving lamps have a very cold light, a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was fine. “You can get anywhere quickly by car, but the house is quiet and the children can be really loud at the pool without a neighbor complaining.
