Rustic country house for 6 or 7 people in the outskirts of Algaida.
The private chlorine pool of 4m x 3m has a depth between 1,4 - 1,9m and is surrounded by a green lawn with sun loungers, a garden bed and a table with 4 chairs. On the porch there is a dining table to enjoy your family dinners or long after-dinner conversations with a glass of wine.

The house is rustical, modern and simple and divided in two floors. On the ground floor there is a living- and dining room with air conditioning and a sofa-bed which can be prepared for a 7th person. There is a fireplace for the colder days and there is wifi and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven with a gas stovetop and all necessary utensils to prepare an exquisite meal. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with air conditioning and a wardrobe: one with a double bed and a bunkbed, and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bath tub.

The house is situated in a relatively quiet rural area. Algaida is 2,5 km away. There you will find anything you might need during your stay. In 15 minutes driving, you can reach Can Pastilla, with its long, fine sandy beach. If you are looking for a quieter beach, you can go more to the South, for example to Cala Blava or even further, to Cala Pi or Es Trenc, the most beautiful virgin beach of the island. The sanctuary of Cura is 8 km away, on the hill Puig de Randa, and offers beautiful views on the island. Palma is 20 km away, to visit the old town, with its small alleys and it’s impressive interior patios, a walk down the Paseo Maritimo to the famous cathedral or to visit any of the interesting museums that the island’s capital offers.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.
