Welcome to this beautiful villa with a pool which is situated in a quiet and traditional village of Algaida and is built on the 200m2 with the capacity for 6 guests.
This magnificent and charming house has three spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms and it is ideal for the families with children or friends who look for a quiet vacations. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third one has two single beds. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has a bathroom in suite and space for an extra bed. There is another bathroom with shower.

A luminous living room with two comfortable sofas is the place where you can relax reading or watching satellite TV. A dining room situated near the kitchen, has a big table with space for 14 people.

The ample kitchen is well-equipped with mixer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine, gas kitchen, electric stove, cutlery and fridge with a freezer. There are a washing machine and an iron with an ironing-board.

The exterior of the house is well-kept. The terrace invites you to sunbathe, organize a barbecue or just play with kids in the 120m2-sized garden. You will love to swim in the private salt-water pool! The size of it is 10 x 5m. The pool is also secured as it is fenced, so your children will not reach it without your presence. Near the pool you will find a porch where you can have breakfasts or lunches. 4 sunbeds provide you a comfortable sunbathe on a sunny day.

The villa has 6 security cameras connected to the monitor which can be found in the dining room. It can be used to look after the kids while you are resting. There are 4 parking places near the house.

Algaida is a traditional and quite zone of Mallorca. The village is dwelled by the local people. Here you will get to know the original Majorcan style far from the tourism and stress. Every Friday you will find a local market where all possible vegetables, fruits and other types of goods can be bought.

If you like the beach, you can go to Playa de Palma, Es Trenc or sa Rápita – all are the sand beaches with the transparent water.
