Set in the countryside near Llucmajor in Majorca South, this beautiful villa counts with a private pool and garden and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
This unattached villa is set 24 km from the famous Es Trenc Beach and 15 km from lively S'Arenal. Surrounded by fields, the house is perfect for a quiet and authentic Majorca-Holiday. Your kids will love the 15 x 7 meters sized private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 meters. Toddlers can enjoy the 0.6 meters deep round children's pool. Besides, there's a garden shower. Lay down on 8 sun loungers and enjoy doing nothing. Start your day with a large breakfast on the porch, overlooking the pool. Wednesday, Friday and Sunday there's market in Llucmajor and you can buy fresh groceries and prepare fresh meat and vegetables on the barbecue. The BBQ is mobile and works with charcoal. The plot is fenced.

The spacious one-storey house is decorated in a rural but at the same time modern way. The porch gives access to a lovely sitting-dining area with A/C. The open kitchen comes with a good basic equipment in order to prepare simple plats and snacks. The equipment includes an induction hob, some kitchenware and a microwave. A freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry.

There are four lovely twin bedrooms with a wardrobe each. Two of them have access to the garden and enough space to prepare a cot and a high chair (up to 2). Besides, one bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite. The remaining bedrooms share a bath with bathtub. If you come to Majorca in winter, this house may be the perfect choice as it comes with central heating.

Llucmajor is in the south of the island, 15 km from the coast and 25 km from the capital Palma, famous for a rich culture and gastronomy. The villa is surrounded by fields, in a very rural and quiet setting. Llucmajor provides you with good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Aside from S'Arenal beach you can visit Cala Blava, Cala Pi, Ses Covetes or Es Trenc. If you travel with kids, you may like Palma Aquarium and the amusement park Aqualand.
