Come to enjoy your vacation in this fantastic rustic finca with private pool just 800 metres away from Algaida. It offers accommodation for 6 people.
The main characteristic of this magnificent villa is its total Mallorcan character that might be felt in the wide areas of natural stone together with the beautiful greenery around the plot and the house. You will find the above ground pool on the great stone terrace. It sizes 6 x 4 metres and it has 1.5 metres depth. After the cool dip you can bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. The best of it all is the great awning under which you can enjoy a delicious barbecue embedded in the summer atmosphere. In addition, you will find romantic corners all around where you can sit and have a coffee or read a good book. The property is fenced and privacy is total, although there are neighbours around.

The accommodation has about 154 m2 comprised on just one floor, although you will find a sun deck on top with beautiful views to the fields and mountains. Inside, the layout is quite peculiar but also comfortable. The fact is that when you enter you find the spacious dining room that leads, on the one hand to the kitchen and, to the cosy living area with sofas and TV on the other. The kitchen is quite plain and equipped with a gas stovetop. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in total, the three of them with a closet and a fan. Two of them present a double bed whilst the last one has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom also offers a shower and it is available for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, the accommodation features oil central heating for the winter season.

Algaida is a lovely and charming town, quite in the centre of the island and mainly inhabited by locals. As this is a very traditional place, you will can discover here the extraordinary Mallorcan cuisine. The town offers grocery shops, pharmacy and others for your daily shopping. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the beach of s'Arenal, but if you feel like going to somewhere more quiet and virgin, you can visit sa Ràpita or the protected beach of es Trench.
