Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool, located on the outskirts of Llucmajor, offering a second home to 6 guests.
The exterior area of the house is perfect if you love the countryside and the peace. There is a beautiful garden area with fruit trees, flowers, greenery and wide areas where you can enjoy a walk. However, the best thing is the salt water pool that sizes 7 x 5 metres and which water depth ranges from 1.40 yo 2.35 metres. By the pool you are going to find up to 4 sun loungers to enjoy the sun, and the fantastic porch where you can relax listening to some music or with a good reading. There also is a second porch equipped with a barbecue and this is ideal to cook a delicious meal. The plot is fenced and, although there are neighbours around, you will revell in the total privacy.

The one-storey house offers a living - dining room with AC, the perfect place to read, watch TV or take a short nap. The kitchen is independent and it has all the needed utensils to cook your best dishes, including a ceramic top. You will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. There are three bedrooms to rest in the house. The three of them offer a double bed, closet and radiator. And one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The location of the house is privileged because it is on the outskirts of the town of Llucmajor, so you will enjoy the peace of the countryside having all services nearby at the same time. Llucmajor offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and its street market on Friday morning. The town is only 30 km from the capital of the island, well known thanks to the impressive cathedral, and the golf course of Son Antem is not far away. Regarding the beaches, the area is well known thanks to the dream-like beaches like es Trenc or sa Ràpita, located about 21 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
