Fantastic Mallorcan country house, located near the town of Llucmajor, where 6 people find a second home. It is a historical possession with more than five hundred years of very well preserved and charming antiquity.
This finca has an enormous beauty due to its large terrain of scrubland, a natural Mediterranean forest, and its wonderful views of the countryside. Actually, it's a part of Mallorca's history. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.

In the outside area you will find large terraces, ideal for a glass of wine while enjoying the warmth of the Mediterranean or a beautiful sunset with a delicious barbecue. Around the salt pool, 8x4 and 1-1.90m deep, you can relax and sunbath on up to 6 sunbeds.

This wonderful house consists of a large living room with air conditioning, where you can watch a movie on DVD, on Sat TV. In the kitchen, equipped with gas stove, you can prepare tasty pizzas in the wood stove and enjoy them in family. Three bedrooms, all with two single beds, A / C, wardrobe or dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower or bathtub, and a fourth bathroom with shower, complete the house. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot and highchair on request. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

They have access to a beautiful wine cellar with large handmade casks of wine, preserved for more than 200 years.

The finca is located very close to the town of Llucmajor, where you can find all the necessary services during your stay; and a few minutes drive from the capital, Palma. In Palma, we recommend visiting its cobbled streets of the old town, castel, cathedral, etc. The beaches of Cala Pi, Es Trenc and Sa Rápita are also very close if you feel like spending the day at the beach.
