In this spectacular villa, 8 guests will find a marvelous garden with an amazing private pool, beautiful terraces, mountains views and the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia just 2.3 km away.
This wonderful villa offers spectacular exteriors. The green garden, the countryside and the mountains surround the house and a beautiful private salt swimming pool. The pool measures 9.4 x 4.2m and has a depth of 1 to 1.7m. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor breakfast area and a porch to enjoy a barbecue. In addition, the main porch invites you to relax on the outdoor sofa or to dine in the evening. For the little ones, there is a playground in the garden for them to enjoy playing outdoors.
The house has two levels, the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, with TV-SAT, opened to the dining kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop. On each floor there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet. There is a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on the main floor and the other with a bathtub on the -1 floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms of the house. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town centre. In Alcúdia you will find services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, just 2.3 km away. Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km away.
AC and central heating are for free from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. If you wish to use it 24 hours a day, you have to pay an extra fee.
The hours of the exterior lights are from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The pool cascade hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Wir verbrachten einen super Urlaub und fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Villa.Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen.Das Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt.Sehr zu empfehlen.

See more I stayed here on May 10th - 15th in a group of 8. It’s a beautiful villa with gorgeous surroundings. It felt extremely peaceful whilst being a pleasant, walkable distance into town. It’s easy to drive to other parts of the island within an hour so Alcúdia is the perfect location. We felt right at home, the space was really clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The pool and outdoor shower is a great addition too! My only complaint is, the lack of hand wash, washing up liquid and no kitchen/not enough toilet roll. If you’re checking in late like we did, try to grab a few of those essentials ahead of time but that’s very much a nitpick. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mallorca.

Sehr ruhig, zu Fuß ist Alcudia gut erreichbar, viele Radfahrer unterwegs.
Very quiet, Alcudia is easily accessible on foot, lots of cyclists on the way.

Ideal if you want a quieter holiday as you’re away from the crowds but can easily get to the old town and beach (10 mins and 25 mins walk respectively). Villa is great. The pool is a salt water pool which entertained 3 teenagers and a tweeenager for a week easily. The only issue is the place is so nice you don’t want to go out all week!! Make sure you take an apple or some carrots for Sheshe the horse in the field next to the Villa.

Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, Alcudia ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, sehr schöne alte Stadt mit sehr guten Lokalen in der Nähe. Viele Radfahrer unterwegs.
Accommodation is very quiet, Alcudia is easily accessible on foot, very beautiful old town with very good restaurants nearby. Lots of cyclists on the road.

Lovely location, close to amenities, restaurants and bars. Nice property with good facilities The Air conditioning didn't work at night when all bedroom air conditioning units were on. Although the hosts were quick to respond and send a technician to look into this, sadly the issue was not rectified and this sadly impaired our overall holiday experience.

hier stimmt Alles! Die Bilder im Internet sind nicht geschönt, es sieht in Natura tatsächlich Alles so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Vier sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit einem tollen Ausblick, lediglich von Einem im Untergeschoss geht das Fenster auf die Grillterrasse, weshalb dieser Ausblick weniger schön ist. Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind traumhaft! Nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf die unglaubliche Lage. Das Haus steht alleine, die nächsten Nachbarn sind so weit entfernt, dass man sie kaum einmal hört. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in nur 10 Minuten in der Altstadt von Alcudia!Der Service von Homerti ist ebenfalls ausgesprochen gut, sollte etwas mal nicht funktionieren, so wird innerhalb kurzer Zeit für Abhilfe gesorgt!Großartiger Urlaub, wir haben bereits für das kommende Jahr erneut gebucht!.
Everything is right here! The pictures on the internet are not glossed over, everything actually looks exactly like it does in the photos. Four very nice bedrooms, three of them with a great view, only one in the basement has a window that opens onto the barbecue terrace, which is why this view is less nice. Pool and the entire outdoor area are fantastic! The incredible location should not go unmentioned. The house stands alone, the nearest neighbors are so far away that you can hardly even hear them. Nevertheless, you can reach the old town of Alcudia in just 10 minutes on foot! Homerti's service is also extremely good. If something doesn't work, it will be remedied within a short time! Great holiday, we have already booked again for next year!.

See more De ligging en locatie vd woning waren super mooi, met een wijds uitzicht over bergen en de oude kerk van Alcudia in de verte. Ondanks de hitte was er elke dag een lichte verkoelende bries. Woning was heerlijk vertoeven.
The position and location of the house were super beautiful, with a wide view of mountains and the old church of Alcudia in the distance. Despite the heat, there was a light cooling breeze every day. House was wonderful to stay.

The transfer they organised was fantastic and without problems, the driver was lovely and we were collected from the airport and picked up from our villa on time. I would definitely recommend Homerti and hope to use them again myself in the future.

See more Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist. Alles hat von Anfang bis Ende super funktioniert. Etwas abgelegen, aber wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier goldrichtig. In 10 Minuten ist man nach Alcudia Altstadt gelaufen und somit mitten im Geschehen. Wir hatten die ganze Woche 37 Grad und waren froh das wir für uns waren und den Pool 24/7 nutzen konnten wie wir wollten und ihn mit niemanden Teilen mussten:D Super netter Vermieter. We arrived with 6 people. Everything worked great from start to finish. A bit remote, but if you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. In 10 minutes you can walk to Alcudia old town and be right in the middle of the action. We had 37 degrees all week and were happy that we had it to ourselves and could use the pool 24/7 as we wanted and didn't have to share it with anyone:D Super nice landlord. Wir waren zum 10. Mal im Sommerurlaub auf Mallorca und hatten mit der Villa Coira das perfekte Haus! Die Bilder im Internet spiegeln exakt die Situation vor Ort wider, es ist Nichts übertrieben, sondern Alles genau wie in Wirklichkeit. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Haus gepflegt, die Agentur vor Ort super hilfsbereit und auch der Eigner selber ansprechbar. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir noch während unseres Aufenthaltes für das kommende Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben!
We were on a summer holiday in Mallorca for the 10th time and had the perfect house in Villa Coira! The pictures on the internet reflect exactly the situation on site, nothing is exaggerated, everything is exactly as it is in reality. The location is fantastic, the house is well maintained, the local agency is super helpful and the owner himself is also approachable. We were so excited that we booked again during our stay for next year!
See more Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt, es hat uns sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen. Das Haus ist dann im guten Zustand und das gesamte Anwesen sehr schön angelegt. Die beiden einzigen Dinge die uns fehlten um den Aufenthalt vor Ort perfekt zu machen waren ein Staubsauger und eine Mappe als Ersatz für die nicht stattgefundene Einweisung in technische Geräte und Pool. Es hat auch etwas gedauert bis wir herausgefunden haben wo wir den Müll deponieren konnten, hier war die verwaltung der Immobilie aber stets sehr hilfreich.
Thank you for the wonderful stay, we really enjoyed your stay. The house is then in good condition and the entire property is beautifully laid out. The only two things we were missing to make our stay on site perfect were a vacuum cleaner and a folder to replace the lack of instruction in technical equipment and the pool. It also took a while until we found out where we could dump the garbage, but the property management was always very helpful.
