Dans cette villa spectaculaire, 8 personnes trouveront un beau jardin avec une belle piscine privée, de belles terrasses, une vue sur les montagnes et la plage de Puerto de Alcúdia à seulement 2,3 km.
Cette magnifique villa offre des extérieurs spectaculaires. Le jardin verdoyant, la campagne et les montagnes entourent la maison ainsi qu'une belle piscine privée au sel. La piscine mesure 9,4 x 4,2 m et a une profondeur de 1 à 1,7 m. Autour de la piscine se trouvent 8 chaises longues pour bronzer, un espace pour le petit-déjeuner en plein air et un porche pour profiter d'un barbecue. De plus, le porche principal vous invite à vous détendre sur le canapé extérieur ou à dîner en soirée. Pour les plus petits, il y a une aire de jeux dans le jardin afin qu'ils puissent jouer en plein air.
La maison a deux niveaux, le rez-de-chaussée et le -1 étage. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un salon spacieux, avec TV-SAT, ouvert sur la cuisine-salle à manger, équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz. A chaque étage se trouvent deux chambres, une avec deux lits simples rapprochés et l'autre avec un lit double. Toutes les chambres ont une armoire. Il y a un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Il y a deux salles de bains, une avec douche au rez-de-chaussée et une autre avec baignoire au -1 étage. Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces de la maison. La buanderie comprend un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser.
La propriété est située à la périphérie d'Alcúdia, à seulement 1,1 km du centre-ville. À Alcúdia, vous trouverez tous les services nécessaires tels que bars, restaurants, supermarchés, etc. La plage la plus proche est celle de Puerto de Alcúdia, à seulement 2,3 km. Le parcours de golf d'Alcanada est à 5,5 km.
La climatisation et le chauffage sont gratuits de midi à 15h00 et de 19h00 à 5h00. Si vous le souhaitez 24 heures sur 24, vous devez payer des frais supplémentaires. Wir verbrachten einen super Urlaub und fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Villa.Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen.Das Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt.Sehr zu empfehlen.
Voir plus I stayed here on May 10th - 15th in a group of 8. It’s a beautiful villa with gorgeous surroundings. It felt extremely peaceful whilst being a pleasant, walkable distance into town. It’s easy to drive to other parts of the island within an hour so Alcúdia is the perfect location. We felt right at home, the space was really clean and had almost everything we needed for our stay. The pool and outdoor shower is a great addition too! My only complaint is, the lack of hand wash, washing up liquid and no kitchen/not enough toilet roll. If you’re checking in late like we did, try to grab a few of those essentials ahead of time but that’s very much a nitpick. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mallorca.

Everything perfect for a family vacation!
Great location about 10 mins walk from the old town. Ideal if you want a quieter holiday as you’re away from the crowds but can easily get to the old town and beach (10 mins and 25 mins walk respectively). Villa is great. The pool is a salt water pool which entertained 3 teenagers and a tweeenager for a week easily. The only issue is the place is so nice you don’t want to go out all week!! Make sure you take an apple or some carrots for Sheshe the horse in the field next to the Villa.

Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, Alcudia ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, sehr schöne alte Stadt mit sehr guten Lokalen in der Nähe. Viele Radfahrer unterwegs.
Perfect villa in the most wonderful location, very quiet and relaxing. 10 minute walk into Alcudia Old Town which was lovely for eating out and had some really good shops and a supermarket. The villa is about 30mins walk from Alcudia centre and marina and about 25 mins from the waterpark.If I'm being picky I would say the villa needs its own recycling bins as we did need to take our bins out and walk up the road to the village bins daily. But it did not spoil our holiday at all. Nothing else to complain about!

Lovely location, close to amenities, restaurants and bars. Nice property with good facilities The Air conditioning didn't work at night when all bedroom air conditioning units were on. Although the hosts were quick to respond and send a technician to look into this, sadly the issue was not rectified and this sadly impaired our overall holiday experience.

hier stimmt Alles! Die Bilder im Internet sind nicht geschönt, es sieht in Natura tatsächlich Alles so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Vier sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, drei davon mit einem tollen Ausblick, lediglich von Einem im Untergeschoss geht das Fenster auf die Grillterrasse, weshalb dieser Ausblick weniger schön ist. Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind traumhaft! Nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf die unglaubliche Lage. Das Haus steht alleine, die nächsten Nachbarn sind so weit entfernt, dass man sie kaum einmal hört. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in nur 10 Minuten in der Altstadt von Alcudia!Der Service von Homerti ist ebenfalls ausgesprochen gut, sollte etwas mal nicht funktionieren, so wird innerhalb kurzer Zeit für Abhilfe gesorgt!Großartiger Urlaub, wir haben bereits für das kommende Jahr erneut gebucht!.

Während des Aufenthaltes ist Homerti jederzeit ansprechbar. Es gab entsprechend vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt keine Beanstandungen.
Voir plus De ligging en locatie vd woning waren super mooi, met een wijds uitzicht over bergen en de oude kerk van Alcudia in de verte. Ondanks de hitte was er elke dag een lichte verkoelende bries. Woning was heerlijk vertoeven.

The transfer they organised was fantastic and without problems, the driver was lovely and we were collected from the airport and picked up from our villa on time. I would definitely recommend Homerti and hope to use them again myself in the future.
Voir plus Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist. Alles hat von Anfang bis Ende super funktioniert. Etwas abgelegen, aber wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier goldrichtig. In 10 Minuten ist man nach Alcudia Altstadt gelaufen und somit mitten im Geschehen. Wir hatten die ganze Woche 37 Grad und waren froh das wir für uns waren und den Pool 24/7 nutzen konnten wie wir wollten und ihn mit niemanden Teilen mussten:D Super netter Vermieter. Wir waren zum 10. Mal im Sommerurlaub auf Mallorca und hatten mit der Villa Coira das perfekte Haus! Die Bilder im Internet spiegeln exakt die Situation vor Ort wider, es ist Nichts übertrieben, sondern Alles genau wie in Wirklichkeit. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Haus gepflegt, die Agentur vor Ort super hilfsbereit und auch der Eigner selber ansprechbar. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir noch während unseres Aufenthaltes für das kommende Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben!
Voir plus Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt, es hat uns sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen. Das Haus ist dann im guten Zustand und das gesamte Anwesen sehr schön angelegt. Die beiden einzigen Dinge die uns fehlten um den Aufenthalt vor Ort perfekt zu machen waren ein Staubsauger und eine Mappe als Ersatz für die nicht stattgefundene Einweisung in technische Geräte und Pool. Es hat auch etwas gedauert bis wir herausgefunden haben wo wir den Müll deponieren konnten, hier war die verwaltung der Immobilie aber stets sehr hilfreich.
