This idyllic villa with private pool is surrounded by nature and is close to Marratxí and the Tramuntana Mountains and welcomes 6 people.
The house features a 7m x 7m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 2m. Surrounded by artificial lawn and exterior shower it is a nice place for sunbathing on one of the six loungers. There's a porch where you can dream in the hammock. The natural garden is a very romantic place for having dinners outside. There's a barbecue, but please keep in mind that making fire is forbidden between May to October, due to the high fire risk. This lovely house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.

The interiors are decorated in a warm and modern way. The sitting-dining room is a nice spot for reading a book by the fireplace or watching a film on the satellite-TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas hob. There's a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

This house offers three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with a bunk bed. One bedroom counts with a shower bath en-suite and there's another, separate bath with shower. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. This house caters for both seasons, as there are three fans for the summer and central heating for the winter.

The villa is just 2 km from the entertainment centre Festival Park, where you can shop or go to the cinema. At the same time, the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is quite close. In Palma you can shop, eat in one of the good restaurants, have a nice stroll along the harbour or visit the monuments like the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle or the picturesque old town.

If the beach is what you're searching for, the next sand beach is Playa de Palma, during the summer a lively place. More beaches like Illetes, Santa Ponsa, Cala Vinyes and Palmanova can be visited by car. The Tramuntana Mountains are just perfect for outdoor activities or to explore nice mountain villages like Valldemossa, Sóller and Deià.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
