Ce magnifique appartement face au port de Portocolom accueille 4 personnes.
Sur la magnifique terrasse de cet appartement, vous passerez les moments les plus agréables, accompagnés de vues spectaculaires sur le port et la mer de Portocolom. Les levers et couchers de soleil seront absolument mémorables pendant que vous ressentirez la brise marine et le doux bruit de l'eau, tout en prenant un café ou un verre de vin et un apéritif.
Ce 1er étage, sans ascenseur, est la combinaison parfaite entre chaleur et confort, grâce à ses belles pièces aux parquets et au mobilier et finitions parfaits. Dans la même pièce, vous trouverez le salon-salle à manger, où vous pourrez vous détendre en regardant la télévision par satellite ou en discutant avec la vue sur la mer, et la cuisine équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique. Il y a 3 chambres, deux avec deux lits simples et l'autre avec un lit double, TV (chaînes espagnoles), salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparées et accès à la terrasse. Deux des chambres offrent un dressing et l'autre dispose d'une commode. Il y a 1 lit bébé et 1 chaise haute. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain avec douche dans la maison. L'appartement dispose d'une climatisation canalisée. La buanderie dispose d'un lave-linge, d'un sèche-linge, d'un fer et d'une planche à repasser.
L'emplacement est privilégié, car l'appartement est situé sur le front de mer de Portocolom. Ayant le port juste en face, vous pourrez faire d'agréables promenades en contemplant les navires. Ensuite, à seulement 1,5 km se trouve la plage de sable de Cala Marçal. Au centre de la ville, vous trouverez tous les services nécessaires tels que des restaurants, des bars, des magasins ou des supermarchés. Et si vous êtes amateurs de golf, le parcours Vall D'Or est à seulement 6 km.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein großzügiges und empfehlenswertes Apartment.
What a fabulous apartment! Rosa, the owner was amazing..she greeted us on arrival and showed us around. No expense has been spared to make this place modern and clean with everything we needed. The kitchen was pristine..no clutter, but everything available in soft sliding cupboards and drawers. There’s a comfy sofa and two leather armchairs with a view over the marina through the patio doors, or more seating out on the balcony. The provisions shop down below is run by the same family and they were very accommodating. We loved every moment of our stay and if we needed anything, Rosa was just a phone call away.

Terrasse agréable face au port. Présence de restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’une épicerie en bas de l’immeuble, ce qui est très confort. Encore un grand MERCI à Rosa pour toutes ces petites intentions.

Location was convenient, the market is right below the unit and restaurants only a minute or so away. Would highly recommend
Voir plus Tolle Wohnung! Stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schöne Lage direkt am Hafen (nur Yachten, Segelboote und der Ausflugsdampfer)! Die Vermieterin hat einen Feinkost-Supermarkt unten im Haus. Einfach perfekt!

Wir haben uns in der wunderschönen , super ausgestatteten am Wasser gelegenen Wohnung in Portocolom sehr wohlgefühlt .Ein - und auschecken total unproblematisch.Jederzeit wieder !

El apartamento fue perfecto. Magníficas vistas, tiendas y restaurantes cerca y fácil aparcamiento. Vale la pena señalar que, aunque el apartamento estaba en el primer piso, debido al diseño del edificio, solo hay unos pocos escalones y la falta de ascensor no es un problema.La dueña Rosa, fue de primera, muy atenta y nada fue demasiado para ella. Recomendamos 100%.

Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen schön und vor allem sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine tolle Wohnküche. Die Terrasse ermöglicht einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und der Sonnenaufgang ist gigantisch. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft hatten wir frisches Obst, Schinken, Oliven, Chips etc. in der Wohnung liegen. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man täglich frische Backwaren erhält. Restaurants etc. sind fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es zudem einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine von Miele. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Everything about the property is immaculate and very well maintained. It was ideal for four adults as we each had our own bathroom and dressing room. The photos are a good representation of what it is like and the view is amazing. Rosa was an excellent host and gave us a warm welcome, providing bread, ham, wine etc for our late arrival. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again and were very sad to leave when the week was over.

We think it's even better than the pictures! The apartment is very spacious, very clean and has breathtaking views overlooking the small port with all the boats, yachts and catamarans. It feels like a home! Ofcourse you are in the middle of it all so it's not quiet but since you are on the first or 2nd floor it's great! The kitchen is a modern beauty and very well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms luxurious. Everything feels well made, doors close as supposed to, solid flooring and tiling etc. The balcony would be even more great with seats that actually sit more comfortable, then you can sit there and watch the boats for hours. The owner has a supermarket below with all you need and there are a lot of great restaurants and gelateria's right next door. We also loved the beach Cala Marcal, just a 5 min drive away. Clear water, not too busy and a cool beach bar.
