Et meget smukt sted. Dejligt hus, pæne, rene værelser. Godt køkken, dog vil vi ikke beskrive det som værende fuldt udrustet. De kreative middage blev det ikke til. Til gengæld rigtig, rigtig mange glas og en del tallerkener. Godt med en elektrisk citrus presser, da det var i appelsin sæsonen. Kunne godt have brugt en tepotte, da vi begge to kun drikker te. Vi kørte i en Jeep Renegrade, som må siges at have den max bredde, som er rar at køre med på den meget, meget smalle vej op til huset. Der er flere steder på vejen mere end 1 meter ned, og afskærmningen er nogen steder blot et par gamle træstubbe. Vi kan klart anbefale Cooperativa Agricola de Sóller, som ligger Ctra de Fornalutx, 8 07100 Sóller. En fantastisk gård butik med div. lokalt producerede varer. De har også deres egen hjemmeside. Vi behøvede ikke at købe ind andre steder. Anbefaler klart huset og beliggenheden, men man skal ikke lide af sarte nerver ifht. den meget smalle vej. Det afholder os ikke fra ønsket om et gensyn

Bienvenue dans cette magnifique villa rurale située dans la ville de montagne emblématique de Fornalutx. Il a une capacité de 4 à 6 personnes.
Les extérieurs sont très beaux, en pleine nature, elle dispose d'une piscine au chlore 7 x 4 d'une profondeur allant de 1,20 à 1,7, d'une terrasse équipée, d'un porche aménagé et d'un barbecue.
La maison de 190 m2 répartis sur deux étages dispose de trois chambres, une avec un lit double au rez-de-chaussée et deux à l'étage -1, une avec deux lits simples et une avec un lit double. Attention, à partir de 4 personnes un supplément est à payer. Il y a de la disponibilité pour un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Il y a deux salles de bains qui desservent toute la maison, une avec douche au rez-de-chaussée et une avec baignoire au -1 étage.
Le salon est très accueillant, décoré avec des éléments rustiques, il dispose de deux canapés, TV-Sat et livres ; Dans le même espace se trouve une pièce secondaire située dans un loft. La salle à manger est équipée d'une table et de chaises. La cuisine, indépendante et au gaz, dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner sans aucun problème. Il y a un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser. Il y a du chauffage central au fioul dans toute la maison.
La maison est située au pied de la montagne où vous pourrez faire de belles promenades en pleine nature. Fornalutx est une petite ville avec beaucoup de charme située dans la Sierra de Tramuntana. Elle ne compte que 384 habitants et conserve le charme de l'authentique Majorque.
À Fornalutx, vous trouverez des commerces de proximité, des banques, une pharmacie, etc. mais pour les gros achats, vous devrez vous rendre à Sóller. Si vous aimez la randonnée et les excursions, il existe plusieurs itinéraires dans la région. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité et un endroit paradisiaque, n'hésitez pas à visiter cette commune et celles qui l'entourent. Sóller est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture. Faites une excursion avec le Train de Sóller, le train le plus ancien de l'île, qui vous emmène du Port de Sóller à Palma, où vous pourrez contempler un magnifique paysage. Palma est à 35 minutes en voiture où vous trouverez une grande variété d'offres touristiques.

traumhafte Lage im Olivenhain in der schönen Tramuntana. das Grundstück ist großzügig und hat tolle Außenanlagen! Pool und Liegebereich darum war super! Ausblick von den Räumen war wirklich super schön und ruhig! Ausstattung war traditionell und schön eingerichtet. der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und sympathisch. wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Voir plus Wir hatten eine großartige Woche. Das Haus hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig und herrlich abgeschieden, aber dennoch sind Läden und Restaurants in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus gibts alles, was man braucht, der Pool hat natürlich besonders begeistert. Hervorragend war die Kommunikation. Schnell wurde auf Anfragen reagiert und wurden Probleme behoben. Zum Beispiel früh eine defekte Kaffeemaschine gemeldet, nachmittags stand eine neue vor der Tür. Wir kommen gern wieder
Voir plus Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit einem größeren Auto ist die Finca nicht zu erreichen und der nächstgelegene Parkplatz ist ca. 1.6 km von der Finca entfernt. Der Ort Fornalutx ist wunderschön und ca 1.3 km entfernt. Wir würden unbedingt zu einem kleinen Mietwagen raten um die Finca (auch mit Einkäufen) zu erreichen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können sowohl den Vermittler als auch die Finca sehr empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage! Kommunikation und Buchung war sehr unkompliziert und gut organisiert.
Prachtig huis omringd door hele mooie en goed verzorgde tuin met veel olijfbomen en planten. Mooi zwembad. Veel privacy. Huis is ruim en goed ingedeeld. Communicatie met verhuurder was vlot. Kortom we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Großes Grundstück und abgeschieden gelegen, daher sehr privat und ruhig. 2 schöne Terassen mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill, großer Pool und ein wundervoller Olivenhain gehören zum Grundstück. Nach Fornalutx sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten, erst bergab, dann bergauf. Dort gibt es zwei Bäckereien und einen kleinen, gut sortierten Supermarkt, außerdem einige Restaurants. Das Grundstück ist nur durch eine sehr kleine Hangstraße, einspurig, zu erreichen. Die Straße ist steil, etwas holprig und abschüssig. Daher ist Fahrkönnen und ein kleines Auto nötig. Man gewöhnt sich daran, ängstliche Fahrer haben aber sicher ihre Probleme mit der Anfahrt. Unser Aufenthalt dort war wundervoll entspannt und wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Einzig und allein die Betten im Untergeschoss könnten bequemer sein. Buchung sehr empfehlenswert!

Großes Haus in wunderschöner ruhige Lage in Mitten eines großen Olivenhains
S'Oliverat is in the most beautiful location, set in the mountains and surrounded by olive trees but a short walk from the beautiful town of Fornalutx. The garden is stunning, the pool was clean and surrounded by flowers. We loved the facilities and the beds were so comfortable

Village of Fornalutx nearby is gorgeous with a decent amount of restaurants and tapas bars for its small size, fantastic bakery and a small shop that has all the essentials - including sobrassada! short drive to Soller but only thing to mention is the driveway to the villa from the road doesn't leave much (or any) room for error!

The villa itself is clean and well resourced with plenty of cooking utensils, crockery, glasses etc. A light warning for future guests would be to say that the private road up to the villa is pretty tight so I’d make sure you get the maximum insurance in case of any scratches. Without air con, the villa is extremely hot especially at night but I guess that should be expected in July in Mallorca! Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and would love to visit again.

The land is unspoilt and you can hear the sound of nature throughout the day. Homerti are very quick at replying if you have a question or need advice. The villa can get very hot inside, we rented an air con unit which cost €80 for 10 days which was really useful. The road to the villa is narrow so a small rental car is ideal. You can walk to Fornalutx in 20 minutes where you will find some local restaurants. Or you can walk to Soller in 45 minutes which is more lively. Highly recommend this stay, couldn’t have been any better! Many thanks!!

Voir plus Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos über einen außen befindlichen Safekasten, zu dem man den Code erhält. Vor Ort hatten wir keinen direkten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir waren im März 2022 in der Finca und froh, dass wir die Heizungsoption dazugebucht hatten. Die Zufahrt erfolgt auf einer schmalen Bergstraße, und es kann immer nur ein Auto je Richtung fahren. Also ein kleines Auto ist hier von Vorteil!

Perhaps some tourist information is missing on the spot. Addresses, sites to discover... The swimming pool is ideally situated. Splendid view. We were not able to enjoy it at this time of the year. The whole family felt very comfortable. A place we highly recommend!

Thanks for an amazing stay. The pictures don't do it justice. A lovely spot in a great private location. The pool was great for swimming a few lengths. Only slight negatives were no AC and with it being in the countryside, there were a few mosquitos, but there were repellent plugs we could use in the house so all good! We would definitely come back again. Such a relaxing week and a fantatsic villa :)

This is a beautifully located villa a short walk into Fornalutx, which is one of the loveliest villages in Mallorca. The house has wonderful views of the olive groves and mountains and down to Soller in the valley below. We were very comfortable and warm with central heating which was essential for our visit in December. We made limited use of the attractive outdoor seating, swimming pool and garden which we could see would come into their own in the summer, however we did use the barbecue a couple of times. The weather was surprisingly good for the time of year and we were able to go on lovely walks from the house and excursions into the mountains and villages further afield, as well as Palma. Our host Salvadore who opened up the house for us on our arrival was extremely charming and responded quickly to our subsequent queries. Muchas gracias!

Keine Klimaanlage, daher bei hohen Temperaturen sehr warm in der Finca. Sehr ruhig leicht ausserhalb des herrlichen Ortes Fornalutx. Ein kleiner Spaziergang und ein schöner Einkaufsladen und Gastronomie (sehr vielseitig und sehr gut) ist erreicht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über einen sehr schmalen Weg!!! Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke

Just returned from a week at Cas Fusteret and we all had a wonderful time. The Villa was located just outside Fornalutx up a very steep road ( we called it Cardiac hill) The problem with this area all the roads are quite steep. We had a car but walked into the village a few time and managed it with no real problem. The villa is set in its own little Olive grove and is really lovely. We did feel quite isolated but there are a few villas surrounding. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would recommend to all. Just one point the time check in time is 4.00pm and the owner actually turned up at 4.45pm saying that the agent had just rang him to come and let us in. The agent said they couldn't contact him. The dialogue between the agent and the owner could be improved.

We (3 sisters and their respective husbands) were all out walking or cycling each day and it was a delight to sit by the pool and dip into it after our showers (and exertions) , taking in the incredible views. This is a well catered -for property. We all like reading and more /better reading lights would have been appreciated. Seating inside was okay, but not v.comfortable. Seating outside is great.

The location is simply magnificent. Surrounded by many lemon, orange and olive trees with the backdrop of the mountains made for a great setting. We checked in with the Homerti counter in Palma airport and then later met the very friendly owner in Fornalutx. He showed us the way to the property (as it otherwise can take some finding), it is nestled at the top of a long driveway which is quite narrow. The house was lovely, exactly as the pictures suggest and very comfortable. The patio, pool and bbq area really make the house and we spent the vast majority of our time here relaxing. Fornalutx is a 5 minute drive (or a 15minute very uphill walk). Sóller and Port de Sóller are also easily accessible by short car journey. We will hopefully stay again in the future.

Perfect get away on Mallorca far away from the masses of tourists. Lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. Would love to stay there again on my next trip to Mallorca.
Værten/ejeren af huset var meget sød og hyggelig, han bor selv i nærheden af huset. Vi var stort set i huset hele ugen, hvor vi havde lejet det. Nød poolen, den skønne terrasse lige ved huset og den fantastisk bjergtagende udsigt til Tramuntana, den lille (stejle) gåtur til Fornaluxt omgivet af citron- og appelsintræer). Vi nåede også at besøge Port de Sóller et par gange. stedet er for jer, der ønsker fred, ro og smuk Mallorca-idyl i en olivenlund.
