Bienvenue dans cette maison spectaculaire pour 5 personnes, avec piscine privée et à seulement 3,6 km de la plage, dans un quartier assez calme de Palma, la capitale de l'île.
Cette magnifique maison d'urbanisation offre une magnifique piscine privée au chlore - 7,5 x 4 m et 0,9 à 2 m de profondeur - pour que vous ne manquiez pas un bain rafraîchissant et un moment agréable malgré votre présence en ville. Ils disposent également d'une douche extérieure pour se rincer après un bain de soleil sur les 3 chaises longues disponibles et profiter plus confortablement d'un délicieux déjeuner ou dîner sur la terrasse, à l'extérieur ou sous le porche.
Du niveau de la rue, vous accédez au rez-de-chaussée de la maison. Ils disposent d'un grand salon climatisé où vous pourrez regarder la télévision par satellite ou écouter de la musique. Ouvert sur cet espace se trouve la salle à manger et, suivie de la cuisine, équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, d'une table avec chaises et d'un accès à l'extérieur. Ils disposent ensuite d'une salle de bain avec douche et de deux chambres, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec un lit simple. En descendant quelques escaliers (à côté de l'entrée), vous avez la deuxième salle de bain de la maison, avec douche, et deux autres chambres climatisées, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec un lit simple. Toutes les chambres ont une armoire. Il y a 1 lit bébé et 1 chaise haute. La maison dispose du chauffage central au fioul. La buanderie comprend un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser.
L'emplacement de la maison est imbattable. Ils seront au cœur de la capitale, bien que dans une zone plus calme que le centre, où il y a beaucoup plus d'agitation mais, en même temps, ils seront proches. De plus, les services sont infinis et accessibles à pied, en transports en commun, à vélo, en voiture, selon votre préférence. Et, mieux encore, la plage la plus proche, Ca'n Pere Antoni, est à environ 3,6 km et le parcours de golf Son Muntaner est à 3,9 km.

The villa is fantastic and in a great location. The lovely owner was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the villa and gave us restaurant recommendations which was great. It is clean, well equipped and decorated in a traditional Spanish style. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk up the hill. The pool is well maintained and someone came to clean and check the pool during our stay. The two outside dining spaces were put to good use. Air conditioning was most appreciated! Highly recommended.

Booking, check in and leaving were all really well communicated. Really clean property inside and out. Great for a family [-] The pool is not heated and too cold to use (we stayed end of Sept, temp ranged 25-29degrees and still too cold)

[+] Lovely villa. Really comfortable. Pool was great. The owner was really lovely and helpful. A note to future guests, when I was in correspondence with the company that oversees the booking, I asked if possible to have an earlier checkin, if not possible, could we leave our luggage, but they advised us this was not possible. However when we got the taxi from the airport, we went in past the villa, the owner was there and said it was not a problem at all to leave our luggage. [-] There were 5 of us, but only 4 sun loungers unfortunately and we liked to chill out by the pool! There is construction work going on in the area, so could be quite noisy during the week, but this clearly is not a fault with the property and can’t be helped.

Home was beautifully appointed, all the comforts of home. Overall it was comfortable and clean, and with COVID in full force, it was good to be able to make our own meals. Would have been better if the weather (which obviously is not in the owners control) was a bit better.Beds were not very comfortable and the pool was not heated.

The house is clean, well equipped and in a great location. Decorated in traditional Spanish style you expect. Clean and well presented. The facilities are clean and stocked well for laundry and cooking etc. The pool was clean and was leaf cleared and restocked with pool cleaner tablet during our stay. Lovely gentleman came to check house ok for us and to clear leaves etc. We had a great stay. Thank you.

We loved the location at this house, and the pool was much appreciated. The communication with Homerti was superb and also all the information given from them in advance. We met the owner at check in, and he was really nice and welcoming.

Very nice house, great pool space. The showers could be a bit better, the instructions of the home are practically non existent (no use of garage, no wifi instructions, etc). Would definitely stay here again, since everything went as expected and the house is great. Consider the annoying neighbor if you want to be outside or in the pool. Recommended and very nice experience!
